Policies to review prior to booking
Deposits
To book any cosmetic tattoo appointment, a standard deposit of 10% (+HST) is required and is non-refundable. This deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling Initial Appointment
If you wish to reschedule an appointment, you may do so only once with a 1 week notice. You may reschedule your appointment one (1) time before the deposit is forfeited. If you do not have a new appointment scheduled 1 week prior to your original appointment time, the deposit will be lost and the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule your appointment within the 1 week time frame, you forfeit the original deposit and a new non-refundable deposit of 10% (+HST) will be required in order to rebook. If you must reschedule your appointment within the 1 week time frame due to risk of exposure to COVID-19, you must provide proof of COVID-19 test to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
Rescheduling Perfecting Session
If you wish to reschedule your complimentary perfecting session, a rebooking fee of $60 (+HST) will apply.
Arriving Late
If you are running late, you must let us know via phone/text prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a rebooking fee of $60 (+HST) will be required in order to rebook. If you choose not to rebook, the deposit will be forfeited.
No Shows
If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be subject to a penalty of 30% (+HST), to be payable at the time of rebooking your new appointment. If you choose not to rebook, the deposit will be forfeited.
All cosmetic tattoo services are a two-step process and the initial appointment must be followed up with a complimentary perfecting session, to be performed within 6-8 weeks of the initial appointment. You are responsible for booking your perfecting session within the required timeframe. If you are unable to attend your complimentary perfecting session, the session will be forfeited and regular touch-up fees will apply.
Periodic annual touch-up sessions are recommended for the maintenance of your cosmetic tattoo. Touch-up sessions are considered to be a single appointment.
Perfecting services received more than 8 weeks post initial appointment will be considered and charged as a normal touch-up appointment. Touch-up prices are determined based on the amount of time passed from the initial appointment.
Previous Cosmetic Tattoos
If you have existing cosmetic tattoos done by another artist, please send a clear photo in natural light PRIOR TO BOOKING. Only certain existing work will be accepted once photos have been approved. Photos can be sent to: info@beauteboulevard.com
Rates for previous work done elsewhere always apply as a new first time client (full rates). In certain cases, previous work may be considered to be a Correction and will be charged as such.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our clients and staff. That’s why we are taking extra measures to increase disinfecting protocols and provide hand sanitizing stations. Once the client leaves the facility we will be disinfecting all surfaces that the client has come in contact with including the bathroom, door handles, clothing rack etc.
